Do I have to pay for my OfTime Account?
Our account creation and editing are completely free. We provide AI-assisted photo album editing tools, hoping that no matter when and where you are, you can edit a satisfactory album in just 5 minutes, which will bring you endless pleasure in the future. The price of the photo album varies depending on your needs for size, cover, number of photos, and paper quality.
Can I add multiple pictures to a page?
Yes, you can. Our layout tool can help you quickly arrange up to 6 photos on the same page. This is a number that is both aesthetically pleasing and ensures clarity.
What will my printed book look like?
Once you create a book, you can preview it by tapping on the book and Preview. This will allow you to flip through all of your pages.
Why did I get a low-resolution warning after selecting my photo(s)?
You'll be alerted to a resolution issue if your image doesn't align with our suggested standards.
The term "resolution" refers to the density of pixels packed within a single inch of a photo. Low-resolution images have fewer pixels per inch, while high-resolution images boast a greater pixel density per inch. Consequently, a higher resolution translates to a sharper and clearer printed image, as opposed to one that appears blurry or pixelated.
A low-resolution alert signals that the selected image is undersized for the intended print area, which could result in a subpar print quality with a fuzzy or pixelated appearance.
Will my oftime photo album look exactly like the preview?
Due to variations in the printing process, pages may be trimmed up to ¼” around the perimeter. This means that photo pages could have noticeable differences when comparing the digital preview to the printed page(s).

Can I make changes to my book after ordering it?
Unfortunately, once you order a book to be printed and shipped, it is not possible to make changes. That is why it is extremely important that you review all of your content before ordering your book.
By checking the box before placing your order, you certify that you have proofread your book(s) and that they are ready to print. We encourage you to take a few extra moments to double check your books before completing your purchase.
Here is a quick checklist for proofreading your book(s):
- Check that pages are in order – oftime are NOT automatically sorted
- Confirm all images fit within trim lines to avoid unintended cropping
- Proofread all content including dates, spelling, and punctuation
How can I track the status of my order?
Before proceeding, ensure that the required production period for all the items in your order has been completed. If, after the production time has elapsed, your account's Order History still does not show an update indicating shipment, kindly reach out to us via email for further information.
When will my product be shipped?
Typically, you will receive your book(s) 12-20 business days after you submit the order. You will receive updates via email so that you can track when your book is printed, shipped, and delivered.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping will take an additional 12-20 business days depending on the location. Need your gifts faster? Economy, Expedited, and Rush Shipping options are available.
How do I use coupons or promotional codes?
Before proceeding to payment, there will be a designated field to enter your voucher code. Simply input your promotional code there to receive your discount.
